- Product Warranty: 6 years from the date of installation
- Workmanship Warranty: 12 months
Aluminium Vision-Gard Mesh
- Product Warranty: 6 years from the date of installation
- Workmanship Warranty: 12 months
Stainless Steel Mesh
- Product Warranty: Lifetime warranty
- Workmanship Warranty: 12 months
Roller Shutters
- Panels: 7 years
- Motor: 5 years
Care & Maintenance
To maintain your warranty, products should be cleaned regularly, particularly if you live near the ocean
or in industrial areas.
Use warm mains water, a mild detergent and a soft bristled brush.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, fire, accidents, acts of God, normal wear and tear,
or alterations to the original product.
Recommended Cleaning Schedule

| Mild (more than 10km from the ocean) | Every 3 to 6 weeks |
| Moderate (1km to 10km from the ocean) | Every 2 to 4 weeks |
| Marine (500m to 1km from the ocean) | Every 1 to 2 weeks |
| Severe Marine / Industrial (within 500m of the ocean or heavy industrial areas) | Every 1 to 2 weeks |
