I am soo truly over the moon with Dwayne and the team at Golden West Security. We have just finished renovation and the journey has been a nightmare which I won't get into because this post isn't about that but let's just say there is a big big issue as the frames was mounted incorrectly by the brickies. After almost 2 years of over over budget, constant stress and sleepless nights throughout this renovation we surely thought this was the last straw and the nail in the coffin for us as we couldn't fit the security screen. Dwayne assessed the situation with careful thoughts and attention to how best get us out of this situation and through it all he understood how this renovation has exhausted us physically, mentally and financially. We ended up replacing the whole setup including the frame and I was very2 worried of things going wrong like halfway the frames get stuck and they have to smash into the wall a bit which means plasterer and painter has to come in again which means more $$... But on the day Aaron came to install and he did a very2 clean, meticulous job and cleaned up every step of the way to ensure he keeps the working area clean... honestly I had to be hands on during the renovation and dealt with a lot of tradies ranging from those who just absolutely do not give a damn and threw rubbish everywhere and dont clean up after they're done to some who are a bit better and threw their rubbish away but still don't clean up... I'd have to say Aaron is by far far the best on this, it really amazes me that he has this notion of "taking pride in what you do" which I thought doesn't exist anymore at this day and age through all the dealings with the tradies I've had. Long post I apologize but I truly believe Dwayne, Aaron and the team deserves recognition in their outstanding and excellent work and the best way is to summarise why rather than just saying they are great. I dont normally have time to post reviews but this experience has left me very grateful and I owe it all to them for the best possible outcome... If there was a 10 or 100 star I would definitely give it to them because they soo deserve it. Thank you again Dwayne, Aaron, Hayley and the team at Golden West Security. Will definitely spread the gospel to families and friends looking into doing this and once my wallet recovers a bit would like to look at the front section of the house 🙂 Take Care guys....

Nothing but problems. The service was below average. First they lost our deposit and there was no follow up we had to call them with installation date we waiting two weeks for them to final get someone out. To have them call in sick on a Monday to as. We then moved our work hours around for them the come out on a Wednesday to which they forgot to book as in once more. Once we said we were unhappy and we’re going else we’re they suddenly decided to tell as that we are not needed at the house and it can be done the very next day. One of the sliding doors is very hard to open but we have decided to get some other company to check it out can’t be bothered with this company any more. Then days after paying them for the job they are chasing up the invoice which has been paid 4 days ago. I am hoping it’s just a bad month for them but for myself not a happy customer.
